Unable to complete T11 Map

Hello,
While running maps in POE 2 Today I was unable to complete one of my maps due to a Rare enemy being stuck in the floor. Attached is a video, I was unable to hit him, however he was able to hit me. I tried corpse explosion, fire wall, spark, and other AOE moves.
