TEMPLE OF CHAOS BOSS BUG

This has to be a joke. But if nothing came out of this bosses mouth? Then nothing killed me? I'm confused af. Bosses need to have AOE indicator of where the line of fire is going. It looks like I died to a scream? I don't understand what happened? This is a waste of temple of chaos. Please watch video to see what happened at the end. This is why there either needs to be aoe indicators or this boss needs to be fixed. I've seen several fights where you cannot see the aoe or attacks at all. It's like invisible?
