No Hideout

Completed act 1 and 2, have done numerous maps and towers in endgame t1 - 5 and have found no hideout icons/maps.

Same here. I failed my initial hideout map that was close to the start. Since then I've completed many towers and expanded the atlas quite a lot and have never seen another hideout map.
