Trade Website Not Working

When I logged into POE2 for the first time it created a new account but everytime I log into the trade website it defaults to my poe1 account. I can sell items no problem but I cant whisper anyone. Ps5 btw. Just bring back the auction board.

Same problem. I'm logging into the trade site vie the in-game pause menu(ps5). But I can't direct message anyone. It says my account must be in-game. This needs fixed, I don't even know the linked email login.... Currently don't wanna play as I need the market(unfortunately).
