How to apply for unlocking if the account has been hacked and blocked for protection.
My account was hacked and all my equipment and stones were taken away. I sent an email as soon as possible, but my account was blocked for protection for 3 days. I want to unlock my account. What should I do? I have sent many emails in the past 3 days, but haven't received a reply.

I'm in the exact same situation as you, and after reading through hundreds of posts of other people having this exact same issue throughout years, they always answer with an AI bot reply and ignore you, the locked accounts are the lowest priority for their support, want my advice? give up and either make a new account or just forget about playing PoE for at least a month or two, I'd also ask your bank for a recharge, they will take action against your account if you recharge but who cares anyway, that account might as well be lost, get a recharge, buy a new account, or don't.
GGG's support is a complete joke when it comes to hacked accounts and their account locking policy to "prevent further damage", this protocol is a JOKE and whoever came up with it is not a very smart person. |
