Exalted Orb Drop Rates

Am I the only one that doesn't get exalted orbs as much as others? I swear, when I'm playing with my friends I see them get 7-10 exalts in the same hour meanwhile when I'm by myself I only get 2-3. Even when I play with my friends 90% of the exalt drops are going to my friends and not me. I'm currently in tier 3 waystones (I know the higher tier you go the more loot you get) and I'm barely scraping by for exalt drops. I just want to see if I'm the only one with this problem.

You get more Exalt drops (and more loot drops in general) when you play in a party. That's just how the game is. Don't worry about it too much, as you go up map tiers you'll eventually start dropping 2-5 exalts per map.

Rarity does affect orb drops, i feel like its overtuned a bit because it just feels attrocious like that if you have none and if you have absurd %s of it on top of the map modifier exalts feels like piles of gold.

I'm not sure why its that impactful i went from 15 (pretty much none) to 120% in a day after watching those 400% rarity chads clips and yeah... its that great.

Do easier even slower content gimping your stats with it and you get rewarded. I love it but i also hate it...
