Realm Problem

Please fix the issue of the Hong Kong realm; sometimes the ping just pops up to 100k ms and then crashes out, and I lost everything in that map (including the loot in that map before the crash). Everything is rolled back after login. This issue I had faced like 10 times for 3 days
