Can I get a refund for unavailable items in the shop?

Dear Support Team,
I purchased a significant amount of cosmetics, but lot of them are currently unavailable for Path of Exile 2. Is possible to request a refund for the coins I spent on these items ? PS. I already sent emails (4 times) to support@grindinggear.com but no respond. Last bumped on Dec 23, 2024, 2:51:10 AM
