Locked accounts
Support clearly locked out a bunch of accounts on friday, will we be unable to play throughout holiday period?
Can the tickets they started be given priority atleast? Starting a ticket with a lockout and not giving these people a prio when support response times are over a week long are not cool to begin with, but to do that as holidays are starting? When people make plans with their friends, take times off work etc etc, Im at a loss for words Would you call that great customer service? Their support system is a joke brother, ask your bank for a recharge and buy a new account if you want to play in holidays, otherwise just forget about it.
