Lightning Rods Mercenary

Gotta Merc have a bow & quiver
Put Lightning rods gem in.
Have all the requirements.
Put icon on the bar.
Took gem out, but changed mind and put it back.
Now it can't be drug out.
Does not show up on the drop down to assign icons to the bar.
The info page either shows the previous skill or 'This information is not available at the moment' and at the lower right where the weapon set choices are. It instead has like 4 option that can't be checked and instead of showing I & II is appears to have something written there but looks like it is overwritten by something else. And is not legible.

Removed all gems and gear. Logged off and played something else.
Came back put only bow & quiver and Lightning rod skill gem in. Still messed up.

Guessing this is a bug as I could do it at first. And the weapon swap out numbers are illegible.

Tried it on my Infernalist Witch and it worked fine. Using same bow & Quiver and removing all other skills still messed up on Mercenary Witch Hunter.

I hear others use lightning rod swap out on their Mercenaries.
So this seems specifically for my Merc and only the Merc.

Created a new Merc and it works for him. So since it wouldn't work on the first one and he also didn't get the act 1 spirit gem. I am just gonna delete him and re-level. Merc sucks by the end of Act 2 anyway.
