"Always highlight" no longer highlights sockets in shop when using a controller.

First off, this function works completely fine with the keyboard UI.
It's specifically when using a controller that it doesn't work in shops anymore. I say anymore because it definitely used to work, but for a few days now, hasn't.

I also want to make clear that the function still works normally for highlighting items on the ground. It is active. It's specifically in shops that it no longer highlights sockets.
I initially thought this was some kind of balance change where you wanted to make it tougher to single out these items, but after switching to keyboard I see the function is alive and well.
