ENORMOUS MS/PING PROBLEM (20-30K)

https://imgur.com/a/lol-ETl5O5i As you can see in the link, I'm experiencing an incredibly high MS/PING issue. Sometimes it happens as soon as I enter the game, and other times it occurs when I move from one map to another. Once a ping hit to around 20–30k, the game automatically shutdown. It only happens when playing PoE2. Even though I'm on a 1000/50 Mbps Ethernet connection and have tried all European servers (which should normally give me around 50–60 ms from my location), there's been no difference. I'm not using any DNS or VPN. This issue started one day after the latest patch. Until then, I had already played the game for about 100 hours. I hope we can fix this.

I had this problem after the patch as well. After the patch my game crashed on loading screen an then I had severe lag spikes, it made the game unplayable. Deleting all the files from ShaderCacheD3D12 folder and flushing DNS solved my lag issue.
