Account Locked, No Response from Support

Hello,

I’m unable to log into my account because I keep getting a message stating that my account is locked. I followed the instructions and sent an email to support@grindinggear.com, but it has been 5 days, and I haven’t received any response yet.

I was hoping to enjoy some time playing Path of Exile with my friends during the holiday, but my account is locked. I've reached out to support multiple times, but I haven’t received any response yet. Does anyone here have any advice on how to resolve this so I can get back into the game?

Yeah I have an advice for you, ask your bank for a recharge, if you want to play in the next 1-2 months, the locked accounts are the lowest priority for their support, it's safe to say that you will not get a reply back from them for a long long time, you will probably forget this game existed by the time they reply back. (welcome to GGG's brilliant support system)
