Worst support?

I'm waiting answer on 3 mails, 3 PM messages in support. No answer no one 3 weeks. I see here hundreds threads without answers. People so loving GGG but I've never seen so worst support for my life.

I have been waiting for 4 weeks now. I refunded the game on steam.

You're going to be waiting about 3-4 weeks for the first reply e-mail, and then another 3-4 weeks for a follow up e-mail. It sucks, but it seems like GGG is on vacation until February or something. I would just refund through your bank.
