Terrain generator for client out of sync with the server

"The terrain generator for the client is out of sync with the server. Please create a new instance and try again."

I was doing the Trial of Sekhemas when I got this error message upon entering third floor.

Spent several hours trying to fix ; the only solution was to close the current run and open a new trial instance. I will not elaborate more since this is a known issue.

However, I will explain how frustrating this experience was for me:

I am trying to complete the trial for my - mandatory - ascendancy points.
I struggled to find a Djinn Barya with 3 floors.
Found one at level 62, that I failed.
After reaching level 70, I didn't drop a single additionnal Djinn Barya, so I had to buy one from the trade website.
The run was going flawlessly, I had a full list of boons with almost no downside, full honour at the end of floor 2, very confident that this time I would succeed.
Upon entering the third floor, I got disconnected with the error message above.
Had to start over.
Bought another Djinn Barya.
This time, I got the worst RNG of all my attempts at the Trial of Sekhemas. Afflictions all the way on every single room. Could not find merchants, fountains or honour restoration that were not tied to the worst afflictions.
Obviously, I had to fail the trial on the third floor, right before the boss.

I understand that this is early access, but this is frustration over frustration. Hard to look at the bright side convincing me that I am having fun by playing a game. What my emotions tell me is that the game won't let me progress through my character ascendancy. Having a good run huh? Nope, you gotta start over, and you shall fail. Waste your time and your currencies.

I did not find how to open a ticket, but I would appreciate any kind of compensation, at least a refund of the Djinn Barya that I had to buy.
