Fireball + Wild shards interaction bugged

If you upgrade the QUALITY of your fireball spell Gem to 20% you get up to +10% chance to fire 2 additional projectiles. This does not work when you have wildshards gem socketed.

It renders upgrading your fireball quality useless if your goal is to blow up your video card due to too many fireballs/firebolts on your screen :D
