[PoE2] Hulking Form doesn't work with "Gain # Rage on hit" small passives

I have allocated the 3 small passives prior to Prolonged Fury, each of them granting 1 Rage on Hit.

With the Hulking Form notable of the Titan ascendancy that would mean 4.5 rage on hit, thus I should be getting 4 rage if the game rounds down, 5 if it rounds up or 4 on the first hit and 5 on the second if it calculates decimals in hidden values.

However I'm still getting 3 rage per hit.

And it doesn't work with the max rage small passive nodes either.

I don't think it's a bug, I misunderstood this too. I think you are gaining 50% on each '1' value, so 1.5 which then gets rounded down back to 1 smh
