May I ask for some purchasing inquiries about the web mall and in-game mall

Two weeks ago, I purchased some skins in the online store. After entering POE2, it prompted that they cannot be used in the current version. Can I purchase back wings in the online store? Because the in-game mall doesn't seem to have these skins
