Blocked account since day 8

i make other mail because my account was blocked, the problem was that my brother return the game day 8 and i buy it again, the 55 dolars version, but when i went to log in, my account was blocked, i send 3 email, 2 of them say me to send info of my account and characters that i give the 2 times, i know you have a lot of problems, but i wait a lot of days and cant play with my friends so i decide to return the game for seconds time, is sad because i want to pay this version for help the develpment and enjoy this game earlyer but is so many days waiting for a response 15 days waiting? seeing all my friends playing all nights? im sorry but i dont think is fair for the player.
