Low FPS [~30] , nVidia 4070 , Intel 13700k , 1920x1080 , Vulkan and DX12 , all lowest settings.

latency ~50 ms

Vulcan 1.3 and Vulcan 1.4 drivers has been used , and no improvements , the performance of the game is very bad.

No mods used , no loot filters used.
Clean system.

Can you look into this issue with very low FPS in Path of Exile 2?
The game FPS is very low, ~30 FPS , and it does not matter if I play 3840p (4k) resolution or 1080p is all the same very low ~30 FPS.
The start screen shows ~120 FPS
I have a feeling that I am playing like in terminal and not on my computer.
