Quest blocked - Cannot start endgame content

Hi,
I have the quest "The Mad Wold of Ogham" - Travel East that is still ON on my character however, I already finished the whole campain.
The Hooded One npc does not give me the option to do so and it prevents me from opening any map in the map device. Any idea?

Solved with opening a map at Act 3 " The Ziggurat Refuge (PAST)" before trying in Hideout.
