No longer have access in Early Access

Ive purchased the game activated it on steam (my poe account is linked to my steam) ive played the game for 10hrs and i tried to login today and play again and got a message saying i dont have access to the Early access.
But somehow i managed to play for 10hrs with no problems. Any help would be appreciated Last bumped on Dec 26, 2024, 12:52:33 PM

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

I had purchased a key from a 3rd party website (i know i shouldnt have done that but money's tight) I was able to redeem the key and play a few hours and even the website stated that my account had Early Access. I manage to make 2 characters before losing my access which now dont show up on my account on the website. Long Story short the website refunded my purchase, the game is still visible on my steam library and still shows 10 hours of playtime.
I guess i need to buy the Early Access again from the website :D |
