Tempest Flurry: Skill can't be used.

Did one waystone and everything was working fine.
Hopped into a new one and now I can't use the skill. Nothing in my build has changed between the waystones. Tried equipping another skill in that slot, and those work fine as well. Last bumped on Dec 24, 2024, 10:42:59 PM

Same, it wont consume stacks or work for that matter.
