LET ME CHANGE MY NAME - STOP MUTING ME

I was being warned my character name has breached the Code of Conduct and was prompted to rename, but I was never given the chance to do so.

Now every time I chat in the channel I get muted for a week straight, two weeks in a row. Not gonna argue whether my character name is questionable, but yo if you have problem with my name, just let me change it, not cutting me off from the rest of the community and limiting my experience for a product I've paid for. This is unacceptable.

I can't chat and I can't join other games now. I've sent support ticket before and it went unanswered.
