Orb of Storms + Overabundance doesn't work

When Overabundance is slotted into Orb of Storms it doesn't increase the limit by +1. Tested by casting a second Orb, the first one immediately disappears. Tooltip for Orb of Storms when Overabundance is slotted still says "Limit 1 Orb of Storms".
