The Mad Wolf of Ogham quest cant be completed...

I completed the whole campaign cruelty included. But in Act 1 i have the quest in the title.I tried everything but i cant seem to complete it anymore and now I'm just stuck here. I cant go into maps because it says i didn't finish the campaign. When i interact with the hooded one in town it also doesnt let me travel to Act 2. So there must be a bug somewhere?

Overall been a blast play PoE 2!
