After picking up the serpent side of the Ancient Vows relic, I accidentally used the waypoint for the ACT 2 and not CRUEL Act 2.

I placed the relic into the alter and it disappeared. I have not been able to get it to respawn the relic and I have tried many times.

Did I make this quest incompleteable?

I have the same issue... put it on the seal and it went POOF
