electrocuting arrow + holy descent support + terrain interaction

hi there,

using electrocuting arrow with path-blocking terrain "stops" the travelling of the skill, but not the animation. i guess thats nothing new.

but when elec arrow cannot go its full distance because of anyhow blocking terrain, it also fails to create consecrated ground from holy descent support, prbly because the skill didnt "properly end".

it should create cons ground on landing no matter what terrain is blocking it; im sure you intended it to work that way originally.
