MoM Bugged & unexpected death

Made the original in Gameplay help and discussion
Recently made a sorcerer and went into Mind over matter, having no issues until today where i find myself dyeing in maps with 80-100% maps. pic's for show below. Allocated my 3 big nodes (Mom/Eldritch & CI) works as intenteded now. easy fix if any gets same problem

You would die, and you'd have whatever mana and ES you had at the time you used the flask.
