Loot disappeared from inventory after server disconnect

Hi,

I was running a map, opened a breach, and suddenly dropped a Headhunter. I managed to pick it up along with other items. About 5-10 seconds later, I got disconnected. When I logged back in, I found myself in my hideout with an empty inventory. It wasn’t just the Headhunter that disappeared—it was everything. Could you please poke the logs?

Bump, as it happened again, while I was running a breach. After a disconnect the inventory is in the state as it was when I entered a map.

This happened to me twice already.
For me it wasn't a hard disconnect. The game state just suddenly freezes, nothing is happening anymore and ping counts up.
I then had to log out myself to return to title. After logging back in, map portals were closed but map counted as attempted while as OP said the inventory was reset to the state it was before entering the map.
