Can't Whisper or Trade, Says Account Must Be Logged In

I have a POE1 account. When I go to the POE2 website and login it takes me to the POE1 site. I clearly have two accounts and something is wonky. I could care less but I cannot whisper anyone to buy anything unless direct in game, the trade website does not work. Help!

I have the same problem, I can't whisper to start a trade. It's related than my account of POE 2 is in steam?

Yeah because you have 2 accounts it switches to the base account when you log in with email. Try logging in through the Steam client (or the client you're using) that seems to work for me.
