Have been trying to get support assistance since PoE2 Launch with no luck...

I've e-mailed support@grindinggear.com 4 times trying to get assistance with no response. If anyone from the support team sees this please send me an e-mail to my linked e-mail address.

Summary of the issue: An old unused steam account is still linked to this poe account, and all of my twitch watch rewards and the 2-sub pet were all sent to it instead of my current active steam account.

I'm afraid we aren't able to assist with account-related issues over the forums. If you've already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com and included your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) and the names of a couple of your characters, then you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you.

We're currently handling a very large number of tickets so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime. Please be assured that we'll get back to you as soon as we are able to do so.

Please note that sending duplicate emails to our team will not resolve your issue more quickly and may even result in longer delays. Thanks for your understanding.

exactly what he is saying. He hasn't get any response since launch and now you want him to send again.

Yep, I have the same problem and no reply so far.
support response to me
ask me for game tag and character name
after I reply to the email
support has not responded for more than a week now
I've waited for even the slightest response so far. Love the game, do not love the ancient Steam account that I haven't used or had access to for more than 10 years being falsely assigned my twitch rewards. I guess I'll just hold tight. Might want to consider a way for us to unlink Steam accounts on our own? eh...

Same here but the response times seem pretty even, they are going through the tickets as fast as they can all we can do is wait for them to catch up.

Its quite shocking how success can be a problem sometimes, My heart goes out to everyone suffering during this time that should be an epic moment in gaming history for all of us.
