Twitch drops not on account

I have already reached out to the support email provided by GGG but I am a little concerned as I have not heard anything back in a couple of days. I understand Christmas is tomorrow but I reached out 7 days ago and only got one reply that didnt work. My issue is I claimed some twitch drops but some of them are not on my account for some reason, the person asked me for a screen shot of my twitch drops page which I sent but thats as far as I have gotten. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

click view twitch rewards and see if this helps was the only way i could get my items in game after claiming them |
