Lost Early Acces Key problem

I have Played some time in poe2 already. and today i have not very nice suprise, in the morning play while and make some break. Later i came back i try launch game but when i try to login it says my acount have no registered key for early acces but i get 38lvl since now. thx for help i have redeem key on site if its important At this moment have return key and get refound. i can understand if early acces have some bugs and problems witch hame itself but not understand and tolerate problems witch support and payments similar problems are seen at steam. im not trust this company anymore about it. i will not risk any payments witch out third party seller witch can guarantie money back if i get prblems. Gl to everyone who have similar problems and good bye. Same here, just came back from a trip and can't play the game anymore due to the CD key

On this moment i return key to the seller and forgot about game because im not sure im will have no problem when i buy it on site whats more i probably lost all progres and after that dont know i have strenght to repeat ewerything mabey i will try it after release
