PS5 account problem

Hello,
I messed up with my POE2 account badly I'm afraid.. Bought PS5 verson early access POE2 and made a lot of hours in it. Completely forgot I have my original POE account. I created new POE account and linked it with Sony. I thought it will recognize that I have a copy of the game, and that was wrong.. Lost both of my characters. try making a new character and log out to character select screen look for this top right https://imgur.com/a/VK4Q4Xd and switch to other sub account hope this helps

I did that, created new character, logged out to character select screen but there is nothing top right..
