Been trying to buy for over an hour, no responses

Been trying to pick up a Ghostwrithe unique on trade. for 1, 2, and 3 ex., not one response. Is this due to bots snatching everything before me or people not realizing their inventory is publicly visible? What a waste of an hour.

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday. I spent hours trying to buy a Ghostwrithe and an Oaksworn. I didn't get a single response.

I thought my whispers were not working at all - but in normal chat I could talk to other players without any problems.

It's definitely not fun, I'd rather be playing than switching between browser and game during this time. I would prefer an in-game auction house.

This is pretty normal when I'm trying to get a unique at a fair price.

I find that also sending a party invite along with the whisper does wonders sometimes.

Most likely price fixers that won't sell the item for that amount and instead snatch up the same item much faster than anyone else (via 3rd party packet sniffing programs).

This is rampant in POE1 and also now in POE2 already it seems. Disappointing to see this has not been addressed in any way.
