Question: What build for second character that doesn't rely on currency

I am specifically looking for a build that is able to do endgame content Just maps like T15 maps. Without being overly reliant on currency so that I can use this build to fund the other character I have.

I currently have a grenade gemling merc and its fun but its main hand weapon is getting more and more expensive and I wanted to maybe play something else.

What do you think?

Bonus for disk one nuke leveling builds that i can change later into the above goal.

well you want it all for low...no way you would get this. At least not in POE. Shockwave Totem is crazy good, but its not for low...

Their itemization is almost entirely dictated by gear with +spirit and +minion level. These two items are common and cheap. Can get by without any specific unique items for the most part so no big ticket items. May not push all the way to 15s but you'll be fine.
