Mind over Matter/Eldritch battery

Greetings,

Currently im testing out a new build and went for "Mind over Matter" in combination with "Eldritch Battery" to max my mana for better survivability and to combine that with "Arcane Intensity" for better Damage as Well.

My Problem/Confusion here is, "Eldritch Battery" wise ALL Energy Shield is converted to mana, but while i wear "Ghostwrithe" as well to convert Life into Energy Shield this converted Life stays as Energy Shield and is not added to my Mana Pool.
