Account Name Change help

Hello! I saw here on the forums that an account name change is possible if I send an email to support. I’ve done this twice now and a third time just today. I’ve checked my spam folder more than once. Is there a reason no one is getting back to me? It’s been WEEKS. Is there a new method rather than emailing support? Thanks in advance. I just really need this changed :/

well every time you've sent a email without a response you put yourself farther back in the queue you just gotta wait for them to respond nothing else you can do and no secret way to contact them lol ive been waiting 33 days for them so i feel ya but yeah just gotta wait gl exile
