Don't have access to early access

Hi,
I've been playing PoE2 early access for one or two weeks. I just launched the game from steam and got a message where it says that my account does not have access to early access. I have the game in my steam library and also I acetivated the key via poe>shop>redeem key, now it's says that i don't have any key. What's happening? What should i do?
