POE2 Blink + Orb of Storms bug

Not sure if bug or intended.

Playing as Stormweaver. PC, standard.

Casting Orb of Storms immediately after blinking causes character to move much slower.

Other details:
-Slow ends after casting another spell.
-Slow doesn't happen with any other spell or skill (not that I know of)
-Only occurs when casting Orb of Storms immediately, a delay in casting doesn't cause the effect
-Full stop in movement doesn't remove the slow

Can confirm it happens to me as well, with OoStorms and Blink.
