Life Per Second Regeneration Gone From Character

About one week ago I noticed that my character was no longer getting their life per second regeneration from gems and equipment. I'm not sure that's when it started, that's just when I got far enough in the game to notice it because I was dying all the time.

I went through my entire passive tree, every equipped gem, and every piece of equipment and still can't figure it out.

Can I get some help with this problem? I'm unable to play without my life regeneration and it's killing my enthusiasm for this game.
