(Couch co-op) Game crashes after player two dies while mapping

Greetings. New bug (or rather, crash report) during couch co-op.

When player two dies during couch co-op while mapping, then after some time, the game crashes. Additionally, when we (or I) relog to game, then we're unable to return there through portal, forcing me to use new waystone.
I can additional say, that when player one dies while mapping during couch co-op, then everything is alright.

I'm hope, that this will be fixed.
