Characters selection Game Crashes

PlayStation 5....believe I went into Venom Crypt and act 3 1st playthrough and the game crashed. When trying to log back in the character it just continues to crash but it will allow me to select my previous character with no problems.. This is a extremely annoying having to deal with these types of issues almost at the end of a play through.. Any ideas GGG will anything be done about this???
