Currency Exchange Vendor glitched.

Alva currently will not do Vaal orb currency exchange for me. I put in the I wanted a Vaal Ord. I have exalts. I put 1 exalt in for 1 vaal orb. The current exchange rate is 2 vaal or for 1 exalt. I place the order. It takes my gold. I then says order complete and gives me my exalt back. No Vaal orb, which is what I was trading the exalt orb for. All other currencies will trade no issue. Just the one I want and need will not.
