Witchhunter Explody Ascendancy doesnt work in SImulacrum - Bug Report ID: #2951840838

Zealous Inquisition allocated, doesnt ever proc in simulacrum. Other explody effects seem to work, like combustion from infernal cry and herald of ash overkill.

Done over 5 simulacrums now, logged in and out. Respecced out from it, went to do Xesht -> Reallocated it, went to simulacrum - still no procs. It seems to work normally everywhere else except in simulacrums where it would be very much useful.
