Ritual altar lost me An audience to the king

I found the item An audience to the king in an altar in poe2, i defferred it to lower price so i could buy it on my next run, but on my next run when i was 3/4 altars in, the 4th one did not work (was unable to click start or anything) hence i couldnt deffer the item and lost it. Please fix this.. its the first one i have seen since istarted the game, and im lvl 92 with +100 hours played.. It literally broke me when i realized i would lose the item.
