I lost the gems of the infernal hound

well, I was using the infernalist's infernal hound, but I got to the furnace boss and I couldn't do any more damage to kill hem, I decided to change the build, I forgot to remove the support gems from the hound slots, when I lost my him the gems were lost together.

They didn't go to my inventory or to my trunk, they simply disappeared, I logged in again and they didn't appear again. This frustrated a good bit of the game, in addition to the fire damage being extremely low, which makes everything even more annoying.
