Guild Donation Issue: Points Disappeared but Not Added to Guild

I purchased a point pack and donated it to the guild twice, but both times the points disappeared from my account without being added to the guild's points. Could you please check and resolve this issue?

I tried again with the points I got back, but points disappeared again, can you please check?
