Prism of Belief Diamond not working for fragmentation rounds

I dont know if it should work... the attack damage of the skill gem goes up 10% but the sheet doesnt change its numbers.

Someone can help? Is that correct or the numbers should go up? Is there a cap on skill levels?

edit: you just have to change areas and the tooltip changes

same thing, my stampede skill on titan at lvl 27 has 8,486 DMG
wih the prism of belief at lvl 30 it still has 8,486 DMG

same with skeletal sniper +3 xD i would assume that every single one is either broken or not representing the numbers properly

Same thing with Eye of Winter. You can also see that the mana cost does not increase.

I relogged/changed map and it worked!
